Mid Term Report

During this semester I have improved my fitness, I have seen this through endurance and effort. I started the semester with a 7 in the beep test and now I have an 8. A whole level difference. My goal is to hit a 9 or even higher by the end of the year. Every class I try to give it my all and I always participate in an activity. During choice I try to pick different activities to challenge myself and to put more variety into my physical fitness. I believe I earned a low "A" or high "B" I think I could do better with more blogging!

Fitness Update

We had the weight room today, I can see lots of improvement. Such as stamina, strength and just pushing myself to the limit.  I have mostly worked out my lower body. I could see the improvement when I was using the weights such as dead lifting and doing squats with the dumbbells.The picture is me warming up with Cooper photo bombing it in the back :)

Had a hardcore Rugby practice today, little sore though
