Valley Tryouts

This was day 2 for the tryouts, I already knew that my fitness was off when I was on my way there because of the fact I barely did anything physical the whole week since I didn't have gym or the effort to do anything which wasn't very smart, the whole tryout I felt very good but when we had to do the 1600 meter is where I could see my flaws. I did it under 9 minutes but I want to get it around the 7 and a half mark which will be hard but it will be possible. Although I wasn't as fast as I wanted to be I felt proud after because I finished it with the feeling I wanted to throw up. So that ment I gave it my all. With a little more pacing and more fitness I will be able to do it
