I believe I deserve an 86 percent in gym, I have shown leadership in areas but could improve in others. In most parts I'm a follower insured of a leader. Every gym class I participate in activitys that are provided. I give it my all in every class even when it's not my favourite activity. Which includes fitness. My blog posts are not great but they are not bad. I feel like I did alright for my first year doing blogs. I need to work on spacing out my blog posts instead of posting alot at one time. Healthy living was my big weak spot considering I eat whatever my mom makes, but my activity level outside of school is great, because I play rugby basically all year round and I enjoy being outside

Valley Tryouts

This was day 2 for the tryouts, I already knew that my fitness was off when I was on my way there because of the fact I barely did anything physical the whole week since I didn't have gym or the effort to do anything which wasn't very smart, the whole tryout I felt very good but when we had to do the 1600 meter is where I could see my flaws. I did it under 9 minutes but I want to get it around the 7 and a half mark which will be hard but it will be possible. Although I wasn't as fast as I wanted to be I felt proud after because I finished it with the feeling I wanted to throw up. So that ment I gave it my all. With a little more pacing and more fitness I will be able to do it

Didn't do much today, besides long board for the whole day, I probably longboarded a good 9km roughly. Had a lot of fun!

Hill Run.

In my opinion, this was one of my favorite fitness. Considering I like being out side. I also like the competition between people. I had the opportunity to race Brown and Yulia.

Goldstone Run

Yesterday for fitness: Will, Kevin, Caleb Brown and I did fitness at goldstone instead of the guru pyramid. I did 3 laps around goldstone with good pace as in a hard jog light run. I also did the same pace back. The four of us also stayed as a group which was good!

Weight Room

We worked out in the weight room today. I pushed myself as well. I did the following :

Chest and back 30 degree dumbbell press - sets: 4 - Reps: 6 - 8 Narrow Grip Lat Pulldown - Sets: 4 - Reps: 6 - 8 Flat Bench Dumbbell Press - Sets: 3 - Reps: 10 - 12 Single Arm row - Sets 3 - Reps: 10 - 12 Side Raises - Sets: 3 - Reps: 8 - 10 shrugs - Sets: 3 - Reps: 8 - 10 < The side raises and shrugs were a super set

Insanity workout

I went hard in the insanity workout. I felt like I was going to throw up after I worked so hard. But when I was done I felt I acomplished so much from doing that workout

Hill Run

We did the hill run today, I tryed not to walk as much but I did walk a bit. I ran it in 28 minutes which is pretty slow. Hopefully I can get higher next time. Sorry my selfie game is pretty bad but it just shows you how sweaty I was
